"The worst experience ever dealing with the people that work for this office. Ive had a broken pipe for four days and no water in my house. They have no clue whats covered and whats not. they told me to call an 800 number which I did they told me my agent should know the coverage. If I could give less that one star I would. Im'still waiting for a call back after several messages left."

"If you’re going to choose State Farm, I would recommend going with a different location or agent. There have been several times where I have received a call requesting to review my policy and had an appointment scheduled, but never received a call for the scheduled appointment. I’ve had State Farm insurance for several years now and have never had to file a claim. I received a letter in the mail today stating that my policy would not be renewed Due to not providing information For an individual who has never been on my Insurance policy and does not drive my vehicles. I never received a letter requesting information for underwriting regarding my adult son. Choose an insurance agent that you can trust and depend on."
